Workability 4-Week Course
The Workability programme aims to support those recovering from mental health problems to get back into employment.
It’s a 4 session programme which takes place once a week over 4 weeks. Sessions focus on:
-Barriers and Benefits of Work / Identifying and Building Skills
-Writing a Great CV and Cover Letter
-Job Searching / Interviews
-Building a Personal Plan
Due to governmental restrictions, the sessions will not take place face-to-face. Instead, we’ll be running them over a video calling service called Zoom. To use this, you’ll need access to the internet, a webcam, and a microphone. If you’re unable to access these, we have a call in option where you can participate over the phone. The first of these virtual sessions of Workability will begin on Tuesday 23rd March 2021. It will continue every subsequent Tuesday until the end of this run of the course on Tuesday 13th April 2021.
Please note that sessions are open to registered service users only. If you would like to attend, please fill out our referral form (https://www.hfemploymentandwellbeing.org.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/06/HF-Employment-and-Wellbeing-Service-Referral-Form_210619.doc) and send it to HFEmploymentandWellbeing@RichmondFellowship.org.uk.
