Road To Recovery 12-week course
The Road to Recovery programme will give you some simple techniques to help you recognise your strengths and skills, build your communication and self-confidence and manage your mental health.
It’s a 12 session programme which takes place one day a week over 12 weeks.
Sessions focus on:
-Managing Stress and Anxiety
-Positive Assertiveness and Communication
-Building Self-confidence and Motivation
