Road to Recovery 12-Week Course
The Road to Recovery programme will give you some simple techniques to help you recognise your strengths and skills, build your communication and self-confidence, and manage your mental health.
It’s a 12 session programme which takes place once a week over 12 weeks. Sessions focus on:
-Managing Stress and Anxiety
-Positive Assertiveness and Communication
-Building Self-confidence and Motivation
Due to governmental restrictions, the sessions will not take place face-to-face. Instead, we’ll be running them over a video calling service called Zoom. To use this, you’ll need access to the internet, a webcam, and a microphone. If you’re unable to access these, we have a call in option where you can participate over the phone. The first of these new virtual sessions of Road To Recovery will begin on Wednesday 20th May 2020. It will continue every subsequent Wednesday until the end of this run of the course.
