Paying more attention to the present moment – to your own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around you – can improve your mental wellbeing.

Join us for an open session of general discussion and conversation, which occupies the first part of this group. This is closely followed by the calming Mindfulness experience, which entails one hour of light meditative direction.
