Goal Setting – Virtual Sessions
Goal Setting is a brilliant new group that is facilitated by our Volunteer Peer Mentors. It aims to help you in setting achievable goals and finding ways to work towards them. It also incorporates aspects of mindfulness such as visualization techniques and meditation. The group encourages reflection and discussion of our goals. It is also a great place to connect with people and to support each other!
Goal Setting will run outside our normal hours. It will run from 5:30pm until 6:30pm every Wednesday.
