Richmond Fellowship’s services work hand-in-hand with people we support to give them the confidence and self belief that they have an important contribution to make in society.
We’ve been making recovery reality for nearly 60 years and are one of the largest voluntary sector providers of mental health support services in England.
Richmond Fellowship is part of Recovery Focus, a group of charities highly experienced in providing specialist support services to individuals and families living with the effects of mental ill health, drug and alcohol use, gambling and domestic violence.
Our Employment and Wellbeing Service provides support for people in Hammersmith and Fulham who have experience of mental ill health, to find and engage in paid work, voluntary work, education or training, or any meaningful activity that brings them closer to the work place, improves their quality of life and connects people to their communities.
The services are available to anyone with a common or severe mental ill health who is registered with a Hammersmith and Fulham GP or anyone registered with mental health services in the borough.
Anyone can apply directly or be referred by their GP, social worker, care coordinator or another mental health professional. To apply or refer please click here.
We will usually require further information about your needs to ensure that the services are safe and suitable.
We will respond to you within 3 working days.
Our aim is to enable people to build their confidence, self-esteem, to improve their communication, their life and workplace skills, giving emotional backup as well as practical guidance on all aspects of finding and keeping a job.
